Please download and print this checklist to ensure that you have completed all required steps towards your CREDI registration:
1. Completed registration form
2. Completed GATE clearance form
3. Proof of five O’level passes (and over 18)
OR
Proof of eligibility for mature student route (e.g. a copy of CV showing over 2 years work experience – and over 21)
OR (Masters Programmes)
Copy of 1st Degree Certificate
4. Identification of school of current or expected employment.
OR
In the absence of this applicants must complete the “Prospective Teacher” form and submit with application. (Contact CREDI office for a copy.)
**Not required for Masters Level
5. One reference from an employer, priest or other reputable community member.
6. A 750 word essay describing how you perceive the programme of value to you.
7. Payment of $1000.00 (detailed below) – Deadline is 27th February 2010.
A late registration fee of $200.00TT will be applicable after this date.
8. Enrolment on or proof of completion of Higher Level Study Skills (HLSS) programme (Forms can be completed on or before Orientation on the 27th February)
Complete registration requires submission of:
1. Completed Registration form
2. Completed GATE clearance form
3. Proof of five O’level passes (and over 18)
OR
Proof of eligibility for Mature Student Route (e.g. a copy of CV showing over 2 years work experience – and over 21)
OR (Masters Programmes)
Copy of 1st Degree Certificate
4. If applying for B.Ed: Identification of school of current or expected employment.
5. Two references (one professional and one personal) from an employer, priest or other reputable community member.
6. A 750 word essay describing how you perceive the programme of value to you.
7. Payment of $1500.00 registration fee
8. Enrolment on or proof of completion of Higher Level Study Skills (HLSS) programme
Payments may be paid by:
- Cheque to “RC Archbishop of POS/CREDI”
- Bank Deposit – please check with CREDI for account details
